Delaware:
Delaware Restaurants Delaware beach bars will be allowed to once again offer seating to patrons effective this weekend, Gov. John Carney announced 9/1/20. According to the Governor:
- Patrons may sit at bars for service
- Patrons must have a reservation for bar seating and must order food
- Seats must be socially distant between different households
- Bars must follow additional guidance in the state’s phase two reopening plan
Maryland:

Masks are required on the boardwalk between 8am and 2am seven days a week.
Hotel Accommodations: Some hotels have limited stay over service or stopped their stay over service altogether and may have limited amenities due to COVID restrictions. Complimentary breakfast buffets in most hotels now have limited options for sanitary purposes.
Ocean City Maryland Restaurants that are open can offer outdoor seating with social distancing and/or indoor seating at 50% capacity. Please call the restaurants to find out their current operating procedures.
