How to Redeem a Raincheck with your Ocean City Golf Package.

Most Rainchecks have a redemption value and an expiration date. Rainchecks must be used by the expiration date and typically will not be extended.

To Redeem a Raincheck on a Golf Package, you must inform the agent that you have a raincheck so that it can be noted on your reservation and then follow the instructions below.

Ruark Courses

(Lighthouse Sound, Man O’War, Nutter’s Crossing, Rum Pointe and War Admiral)

Ruark Rainchecks are only redeemable on Rack Rates and you will be required to bring the original raincheck(s) with you and turn it in at the pro-shop the day of play. However, we can assist you with redeeming it when you complete the following steps.

1. Take a picture of the original raincheck.
2. Email the picture to documents@pamsgolfoc.com or text to 410.726.7361 with the subject line: Raincheck for Golf Pkg #________ (Your pkg ID #).
3. In the email, please ask us to apply the attached Raincheck(s) to the ___________ (Group Leader Name) Package, arrival _____________ (Arrival Date). Sign the email with your name, address, phone number.
4. Since Ruark requires rainchecks be applied to Rack Rate, we will let you know if there is a difference between the value of the Raincheck Check and the Rack Cost of the round. If there is a difference, you will be required to pay that directly to the course on the day of play.
5. A revised confirmation will be sent to the Group Leader that states the amount due on the day of play.
6. BE SURE TO BRING THE RAINCHECK WITH YOU AND TURN IT IN AT THE GOLF COURSE.

All Other Courses

All other courses will allow rainchecks to be applied directly to our discounted package rate and if there is a difference between the cost of the round and the raincheck, the difference will be included in the adjusted package rate. Here is how to have your rainchecks on any non Ruark course applied to your golf package.

1. Take a picture of the original raincheck for your records.
2. Mail the original raincheck(s) to 38555 Dupont Blvd, Unit 4, Selbyville, DE 19975
3. Along with the Raincheck(s), please include a note asking us to apply the attached Raincheck(s) to the ___________ (Group Leader Name) Package, arrival _____________ (Arrival Date). Be sure to also include your name, address, phone and email.
4. We will then adjust your package cost to reflect the application of the raincheck.
5. A revised confirmation will be sent to the Group Leader.
